No preparatory work is needed — everything runs from one account, one child at a time. Here is the whole journey, honestly timed:
1 · Parent details (2 minutes) — your name, contact number and home address. You never re-type these per child.
2 · Your children (2 minutes each) — how many children, then per child: name, date of birth, stage, year group, what they're working towards and the subjects you want support with.
3 · £100 refundable deposit — per child — secures the place and unlocks the diagnostics. Refundable at the end of the agreed course, subject to the Academy's terms. Paid securely via Stripe.
4 · Diagnostics — one sitting per diagnostic — a Learning Profile first (about 8 minutes), then one adaptive diagnostic per chosen subject: about 15–25 minutes at KS1, 25–50 minutes at KS2/KS3, and up to about an hour per subject at GCSE/A-Level. No marking is ever shown; answers save as they go.
5 · That's everything — our teachers review the results personally and email you within 2 working days to plan the 1-to-1 lessons.
